Using the app

By using SLS or creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be an adult using the app for business purposes. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password private.

Your content

You own the jobs, plans, photos, quotes and other information you put into the app. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you and your team. You promise that you have the right to enter that information and to collect any customer signatures or photos, and that you will follow the laws that apply to your work.

Free trial and subscription

New teams get a free trial of 14 days. After that, syncing requires an active paid subscription at the price shown when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and the subscription then ends at the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it. Without a subscription you can still use the app on your own phone, and you can still read and export what you have already synced.

Estimates are estimates

SLS shows estimates such as camera coverage, detail distances, storage and power needs, and quote totals. They are planning aids. They depend on the numbers you enter and on real-world conditions we cannot see. Always check them against the equipment maker's specifications and your own judgment before you quote, buy, or install. You are responsible for your quotes, installations and the decisions you make with the app.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, to invade anyone's privacy, to attack or overload the service, to access another business's data, or to resell the service without our written permission.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end features. Save backups of anything important from the More screen.

Ending your account

You may stop using the app at any time and may ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost jobs or other indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make an important change we will update the date above and tell account holders in the app. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
